TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By placing and accepting an order with Casa Dio, buyer accepts the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms and conditions constitute the complete agreement between the parties, and shall not be amended unless approved in writing by Casa Dio. Casa Dio’s products are made-to-order. With that, an order invoice is the controlling document with respect to the parties’ contractual obligation. A buyer shall not amend an invoice in any way, all changes needed should be discussed and confirmed with Casa Dio. Our lead time is approximate, subject to change and will be confirmed per order. Buyer will be advised of any changes and/or delays.
Casa Dio reserves the right to correct or modify any quote or drawing at any time before or after approval signature of the client. Client will need to approve any changes.
TAXES
All taxes and excises of any nature whatsoever now or hereafter levied by governmental authority, whether federal, state, or local, either directly or indirectly, upon the sale or transportation of any goods covered hereby shall be paid and borne by buyer.
FORCE MAJEURE
All quoted completion and delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to change by Casa Dio upon notice to buyer. Casa Dio shall not be liable for delays in completion or shipment or default in delivery for any reason of force majeure or for any cause beyond Casa Dio’s reasonable control including, but not limited to, (a) government action, war, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, embargoes or martial laws, (b) Casa Dio’s inability to obtain necessary materials from it’s usual sources of supply, (c) shortage of labor, raw material, production or transportation facilities or other delays in transit, (d) labor difficulty involving employees of Casa Dio or others, (e) fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disasters.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once drawings are approved and deposit is sent, orders are in the making. Client will not be eligible for a full refund but will be eligible for store credit minus the cost of materials purchased.
