PAYMENT AND RETURNS

All pricing is based on project size and materials needed at time of order, Casa Dio is not obligated to accept pricing from a similar/duplicate previous order.  All orders require a 50% deposit before any site visit, drawing, or manufacturing proceeds; 100% on fabrics, rugs, and showroom pieces.  Payment in full is required upon project completion, and no items will be taken/delivered from Casa Dio workshop without full payment.  All completed orders that aren’t paid for within a week of completion will inherit a 2% of total project cost fee.  Orders must be collected from warehouse within 2 weeks of completion, after this date (at no fault to Casa Dio) buyer is subject to a 5% of total project cost storage fee.
